Selling is a team sport. So is the diagnosis.

Revenue isn't created by the sales department alone. Leadership, marketing, sales and customer success all shape what the customer experiences. When we only ask the VP of Sales, we get one opinion. When we ask the whole team, we get evidence. And the places where your people disagree are often the most valuable findings of all.

How it works

  1. We set up your organization. You tell us who's on the team and we send each person a private invitation.
  2. Each person answers for their role. Executives, sales leaders, managers, salespeople, marketing and customer success each see questions built for what they know. Progress saves automatically, so people can finish when it suits them.
  3. We analyze the evidence. We score capability across the three pillars, compare how each role sees the business, and trace symptoms back to their likely root causes.
  4. You get your plan. We walk your leadership team through the results and a prioritized improvement roadmap.

What we measure

Market Insight™

Do we understand where and how we create value for customers?

Sales Readiness™

Is the organization prepared to execute consistently?

Sales Execution™

Are we consistently creating value throughout the customer journey?

Not just scores. Answers.

A score tells you where you are. It doesn't tell you what to do. Your report answers four questions:

  1. What is happening?
  2. Why is it happening?
  3. What evidence supports that conclusion?
  4. What should we do next?

You'll also see where your executives and front line see things differently, and where your people honestly answered "not sure," because a blind spot is evidence too.

Questions people ask

How long does it take each person?

About 15 to 20 minutes for most people, and about 25 minutes for executives and sales leaders, who answer every statement. Progress saves automatically.

Are individual answers confidential?

Yes. Individual answers are never shown in any report. Results are reported as role-group averages, and a role with fewer than three people is clearly marked as directional.

What if someone doesn't know the answer?

They choose "not sure." That's useful; it shows where visibility is missing.

Is this just a sales survey?

No. It assesses the whole revenue operating system, which is why marketing, customer success and leadership take part.

What happens after the report?

You decide. Many clients act on the roadmap themselves. Others ask us to help with coaching, process or workshops. Either way, you can reassess later to measure progress.

What does it cost?
